The Rangers Bantam B2's took 1st place in the Grand Rapids tournament over New Year’s weekend.

They played Edina, OMGHA, St. Paul and Wayzata. They took 1st in their pool with wins over Edina 5-4, OMGHA 5-1, a loss in double OT to St. Paul 3-4.  Despite the loss, they themselves in first for their their pool as they were the only team in the pool with 2 wins

This brought them to the Championship game against Wayzata.  The Bantam B2's played shorthanded for most of the game but were able to overcome Wayzata in a 5 on 3 game with a score of 2-1. The boys played a hard, fast, physical game.
