Hosted Tournament Volunteer Credits

Note:  If tournament shifts DO NOT fill it is the hosting team’s responsibility to fill. 

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to shift time.  Check-in at table by the front doors.  Dibs shifts will be marked completed within a week after completion.

1. Office -  Help tournament committee check-in teams, vendors & volunteers, hang player bags in locker rooms, rotate locker room team signs & miscellaneous.

2. Chuck-a-Puck – Work chuck-a-puck station. 1 person per game

3. Clock – Keep clock during scheduled game.  1 person per game

4. Penalty Box – Open door for penalty box door for players. 2 people per game

5. Scorekeeper - Keep score during game.  1 person per game

6. Announcer – Announce during games. 1 person per game

Hosted Tournament Team Duties

These responsibilities will be given out to hosted team families by team manager.

1. Pick-Up Balloons & Flowers

2. Pick-Up & Return Table Cloths

3. Help stuff Player Gift Bags
