With the introduction of our Dry-Land facility this season, we need to establish some requirements for what players should bring with them to their scheduled Dry-Land training sessions.
In order for players to get the full benefit of this facility, it is expected that all players bring the following to each Dry-Land session:
- Stick
- Gloves
- Helmet
- Good tennis shoes
- Proper workout attire (no jeans)
As with any new endeavor, there is always an initial learning period. Therefore, additional requirements may need to be added after we have gained some experience in utilizing this new facility. We will be sure to update you if any new requirements or changes are needed.
