Congratulations to the Forest Lake Peewee B1 team on winning the Greenway Tourney, Nov 30-Dec 2.

The Rangers came out strong with a win of 5-0 to beat Cloquet.  Their next game was against Hermantown and the boys never let up.  Winning 11-2, everyone pitched in with goals and assists.  The Rangers were onto the Championship game against Northern Edge.  The teams were very well matched, and were tied at 2-2 into OT.   The first 4 v 4 OT ended in a Tie and they were onto the 2nd OT with 3 v 3.  With 2:14 remaining in the 2nd OT, the Rangers got deep into their opponents zone and attacked and put the puck out front and into the net.   While the Ranger’s Offense was on point, the Defense and Goalies did a fantastic job shutting down our opponents.  The Boys showed true teamwork, working together to out-shoot and out-score their opponents 118-43 and 19-4 respectively.

It was an exciting weekend of hockey for the Forest Lake Peewee B1 team.  Congratulations Rangers!
