Lakeville Ice Cats Classic news

Friday night we started off the Tournament playing Lakeville 10U B White winning 7-0.  The girls payed great and we only had 1 shot on our net.  Alivia Haley got her 1st Shutout of the season.

Saturday morning we played Buffalo 10U B Black.  It started with us up 4-1 at the end of the 1st, then it was 4-3 at the end of the 2nd period and ended up winning 7-4.

Saturday night we faced Bloomington 10U B White.  We won 22-0.  We had at least 1 goal from every player able to play.  We had 2 hat tricks from Samantha Scott, 1 from Annamarais Studier and Alice Welciek.  We also had a Playmaker from Alivia Haley and Alice Welciek.  We also held them to 1 shot only on our net and Jayden Laskow got a Shutout.

Sunday morning we played Hopkins Park 10U B1.  It definiltley got all the fans hearts pumping and woke everyone up.  We started off being down 0-3 at the end of the 1st period.  Then we were able to get the score to 2-4 by the end of the 2nd period.  The 3rd period Hopkins Park scored right away and we fought back with 3 goals and girls were able to tie it up 5-5.  They played a 5 minute overtime period and it was scoreless.  Then we ended up up with the win in a Shootout, with a 6-5 final score.

Sunday night we faced Rosemount 10U B Green in the Championship game.  The girls gave it their all and pulled off a 7-2 win.

They had a great weekend with 5 games and 5 wins.
