      Try Out Improvement Meeting
      • 7:00pm-10:00pm (CST) Ical_event_icon
      • Vanelli's
      • We are looking for members who open to sharing ideas and opinions on how to improve the tryout process. If this describes you, please join us at 7pm on January 14th in the ballroom at Vanelli’s. The core focus of the meeting will be to gather thoughts of the membership on what they like, dislike or would like to see occur during next year’s tryouts. Members of the tryout committee will be present as an advisory panel to field questions about the current process. The meeting will have a facilitator to keep the meeting on track and to ensure all of the members have an opportunity to share their views. The information gathered in the meeting will be collected and retuned to the membership to ensure their views were properly captured

Although we can not promise that all problems will be resolved in a single year. The outcomes from this meeting will serve to better align the try-out process with the views of the entire association.

Attendees will be assured of a safe environment to speak freely. My request is all participants keep a positive outlook and focus on the outcomes versus the obstacles. We have a great opportunity to improve the event that has the biggest impact on the upcoming season.

RSVPs are encouraged to ensure we have an adequately sized venue. Please send attendee info to paedoff@live.com.

        Thank you,
        Paul
