Mite/8U Jersey Ordering Survey
ATTENTION: This jersey ordering page is for Mite & 8U Level 1-3 players that need to submit their jersey information. These jerseys are provided by the association and are included as part of the Mite & 8U registration. Squirt/10U through Bantam/15U players that need to purchase a home and/or away jersey should go to Jersey Ordering page under the Programs Tab.

Who needs a jersey
- All Mite & 8U Level 1-3 players need to complete the survey to submit your jersey & sock information.
- Because the jerseys & socks are personalized, a survey needs to be completed for each player you have in the Mite & 8U program
- These jerseys & socks are only used for 1 season as players typically will outgrown the previous years jerseys & socks by the start of current season.
Costs
- Jersey are included as part of the Mite & 8U registration
- Socks are included as part of the Mite & 8U registration
Number Selection
In order to prevent jersey number conflicts as much as possible we ask each player to submit their top 3 #'s they would like to have on the back of their jersey. We will then use this information to try to have as few conflict as possible.
On occasion it does happen where two players may have the same number on a team and while it isn't ideal, there is only so much we can do to try to prevent it from happening. Thankfully, at the Mite & 8U level, this is not an issue for practices, games, & jamborees.
