Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Camps & Clinics
TEST1 - Camps and Clinics refund
Squirt Ranger Classic
A 90 day cancellation from the start of the event will be fully refunded minus the registration service fee. Less than 90 days from the event start date: If a waitlist team is available and accepts, a full refund minus a $100 registration service fee will be refunded. If no waitlist team is available, you must find a replacement.
Junior Rangers

Peewee Ranger Classic

Withdrawal from the tournament will result in a forfeit of all paid fees.
Mini-Mites
Refunds for the Mini-Mites Program follows the FLHA Refund policy as published on the website. In addition to the FLHA refund policy, Crossbar assesses the following NONREFUNDABLE processing fees on all transactions: 4% plus $.99 for each credit card transactions, 2% plus $.99 for each electronic checks.
Mites / 8U
Refunds will be issued per the refund policy as outlined in FLHA rules.
Spring Jam

There are no Refunds after January 15th, 2026.

Jersey Ordering
Refunds will not be issued once the order for the jerseys has been placed with our vendor.
